Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Generate clients through networking, marketing activities, referrals, and digital outreach.
Provide professional advisory services to clients regarding market conditions, pricing, legal guidelines, and available properties.
Partner with clients to facilitate commercial leasing and sales transactions within the target market.
Property Promotion & Marketing
Promote commercial properties through advertisements, digital marketing, property listings, and open-house events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare high-quality marketing materials for listings.
Transaction Management
Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts.
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential tenants or buyers.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property documentation.
Ensure all activities comply with Qatar real estate laws and the requirements of Law No. 22 of 2017.
Support clients in completing required documentation and coordinate with the company's legal and administrative teams.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and property management teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
Provide regular reports on leads, activities, and performance metrics.
