We are looking for a

Female Clinic Manager

is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient service delivery, high-quality patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves managing staff performance, coordinating clinical and administrative functions, optimizing patient flow, and supporting the clinic's strategic and financial objectives.

Jod requirement:

Must be Female Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff performance Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and workflow coordination Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and clinic performance targets Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards Coordinate with physicians and medical teams to optimize patient flow Oversee inventory, medical supplies, and vendor relationships Handle operational reporting, documentation, and audits Support marketing, business development, and patient engagement initiatives Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinic environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility management Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient flow, and service standards Familiarity with healthcare regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements Leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise staff Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational KPIs Proficiency in clinic management systems
