Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Female Cleaner Trainer

with a strong background in holiday home cleaning and housekeeping. The role involves training, supervising, and guiding cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in holiday homes, an eye for detail, and the ability to mentor staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Train new and existing cleaners on best cleaning practices, techniques, and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Ensure holiday homes are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, meeting guest expectations and company guidelines. Develop and deliver training modules (practical and theoretical) on housekeeping, linen handling, and hygiene protocols. Conduct regular inspections of properties to monitor quality standards and provide feedback. Create checklists, cleaning schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for staff. Mentor cleaners in time management, efficiency, and guest readiness preparation. Report maintenance issues or damages identified during property inspections. Promote health and safety awareness in the workplace, including safe chemical usage and equipment handling.

Requirements:

Minimum 1

-2 years of professional cleaning/housekeeping experience

in holiday homes, hotels, or serviced apartments. Proven experience in

training or supervising housekeeping teams

. Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and guest presentation requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and mentor staff with a hands-on approach. Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism. Flexibility to work across multiple locations and adapt to changing schedules. Female candidates only (as per operational requirements).

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in housekeeping or cleaning operations (advantage). First Aid and/or Health & Safety training. Multilingual skills are a plus. Must have valid driving License
