Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial, residential, and industrial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Maintain cleanliness of facilities by following established cleaning schedules Handle floor care duties such as buffing and waxing as needed Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred Familiarity with custodial practices and equipment operation Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance Experience in commercial cleaning environments is a plus Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively Skills in facilities maintenance and general upkeep are advantageous Previous porter experience is beneficial for maintaining outdoor areas and entrances Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Benefits
