Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Female Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at our office premises and during onsite events. The position requires flexibility, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Facility Cleaning

Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, pantry, and storage areas, ensuring supplies are stocked. Handle waste segregation and disposal in line with hygiene standards.

Event Support

Assist with pre-event cleaning, setup, and preparation of venues. Maintain cleanliness of event areas during live events, including restrooms and guest zones. Provide quick response cleaning services during and after events. Ensure event spaces are restored to order post-event.

General Duties

Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Handle cleaning supplies responsibly and maintain inventory. Support ad-hoc cleaning and housekeeping requests from management.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Janitor/Housekeeping Attendant (event or hospitality industry preferred). Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment and supplies. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or long hours during events. Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus).
