Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces.
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and office workspaces as required.
Dispose of trash and sanitize bins according to established hygiene standards.
Restock cleaning supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
Deep cleaning tasks as per the schedule, including carpet shampooing, window cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.
Handle specialized cleaning equipment like vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients.
Address client requests courteously and efficiently.
Follow company policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Use cleaning chemicals safely, adhering to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines.
Work collaboratively with other cleaners and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Assist in training new team members as required.
