Job Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions about specific products/services Serve customers with food & drinks Cross-sell products Ensure racks/shelves are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the kitchen team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Handle the cashiering functions Serve the customers with drinks, food, or products Stay up-to-date with new products/services Assist in doing the inventory of products Receive products and supplies and ensure that quantities and orders match in the Purchase Order Assist in the dispatching delivery of products to customers Ensure that the store are clean and sanitized at all times Decorate chocolate trays, help pack chocolates Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time Requirements Proven work experience as a store personnel / sales staff or similar role (with background in selling pastries, chocolates, and coffees is an advantage) Understanding of the store sales process Bilingual preferred Can communicate effectively in English language Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills / account Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various roles and work shifts With valid QID / visa Available to join immediately Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
