Duties and responsibilities
Process sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment.
Ensure all transactions are accurate and efficiently handled.
Issue receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets as needed.
Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
Ensure the accuracy of cash drawers and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
Safeguard cash, checks, and other forms of payment.
Follow all cash handling and register procedures to minimize losses.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries.
Provide product information and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and courteously.

Sales Support:
Promote special offers, loyalty programs, or store events to customers.
Support other store staff with various tasks as needed.
Adhere to store policies, procedures, and regulations.
Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to management.
Qualifications and Experience
Advance Knowledge in Computers
Experience of any ERP.
Bachelor Degree or High school diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE
