Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and friendly Female Restaurant Cashier to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and managing 1 daily financial reports. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of restaurant financial procedures, including opening and closing reports, petty cash management, and expense tracking.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure. Accurately and efficiently process customer orders and payments using the POS system (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments). Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure correct change is provided. Generate and reconcile daily

opening reports

to verify starting cash and system readiness. Prepare comprehensive

closing reports

at the end of each shift, accurately accounting for all transactions, cash on hand, and discrepancies. Manage the

petty cash

fund, including disbursing funds according to established procedures and maintaining a detailed record of all transactions. Assist in tracking and documenting restaurant

expenses

, ensuring proper recording and supporting documentation. Address guest inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues promptly and courteously. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. Collaborate effectively with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management. Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Cashier, preferably in Dubai. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in generating and understanding

opening reports, closing reports, petty cash reports, and expenses reports

. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using POS systems and handling various payment methods. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Professional appearance and demeanor.
