Position Summary

We are currently hiring experienced and passionate

Caregivers

to join our growing team. The caregiver will provide home-based support, companionship, and personal care services to patients of all ages, including elderly clients, children, and patients with special medical needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises. Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes to the assigned nurse or supervisor. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing. Accompany clients to medical appointments, outdoor activities, or social engagements as needed. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients. Ensure client safety and comfort at all times. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to implement care plans. Adhere to Lifeline Homecare's policies and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a caregiver, nursing aide, or similar role (homecare experience preferred). Healthcare certificate or caregiver training is an advantage. Ability to handle clients with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic health and safety guidelines. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physically fit and able to assist with client mobility. Must be currently available in the UAE.
