Provide personal care to patients (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc.)
Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Monitor and record vital signs, report any health concerns
Administer prescribed medications as instructed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient's environment
Accompany patients to medical appointments or outings as needed
Follow care plans and work under the supervision of nurses or medical staff
Ensure patient safety and report incidents or changes in condition promptly
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Caregiver Certification or Nursing Assistant Training preferred
Previous experience in caregiving or home care (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Basic knowledge of elderly care, child care, or special needs support (depending on placement)
Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving
Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
