Female Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Call and confirm appointments with customers who want to sell their cars. Follow up with leads from online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Reschedule and manage appointments efficiently through our CRM system. Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy when entering customer details. Coordinate with inspection and purchasing teams to ensure smooth workflow. Track daily performance and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role (preferably in automotive or sales). Strong communication and follow-up skills -- both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls efficiently. Excellent organizational and CRM data entry skills. Must be punctual, disciplined, and results-driven. Team player with a proactive attitude.
