THE CANDIDATE MUST BE WELL VERSED AND HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE IN UAE BUSINESS SETUP, RESIDENCY, AND VISA SERVICES. We are a consultancy located in Dubai with extensive experience in business setup, residency, and visa services. We assist individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses to get settled in UAE, through the mainland/freezone. We are looking for experienced sales specialists with a proven track record in providing business setup, residency, and visa services within UAE. Job responsibilities : - Build strong relationships with all types of customers. Identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. - Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings - Handling assigned inbound/outbound leads and inquiries related to residency in UAE - Handling client accounts related to Mainland/ Freezone Business Setup In Dubai - Maintaining client activities in CRM - Providing required documents to PRO
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales targets on a monthly basis - Expanding effective relationships with Referral Agents and bringing in new clients - Daily updates to assist the Marketing Department with promotional materials - Find solutions and provide new ideas and techniques toward maximizing sales - Ensure awareness of periodic changes to government policies, laws, regulations, processes, requirements, and their resulting impact on cost/service delivery/business decisions - Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients. Knowledge:

• Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration ministries and other government bodies including knowledge about UAE labor and immigration laws and tactical processes
• Business knowledge of different industries.
• Knowledge of all types of visas and business licenses in the UAE
• Knowledge of Business Modeling, feasibility, and business planning.

Requirements:

• Min. 3-5 years working experience in business setup and UAE residency;
• Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory;
• Bachelor's Degree;

• Advanced computer user;
• Smart professional appearance at all times;
• Highly independent, can work under pressure, and dedicated to assigned responsibilities;
• Effective team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
