We're expanding our team and are looking for a

dynamic, sales-driven, and client-focused Female Business Setup Consultant

who is ready to take her career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads for company formation and business setup. Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and business solutions to meet client needs. Convert prospects into long-term clients through

consultative sales and expert guidance

. Advise clients on

business structures, licensing options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), and UAE laws

. Manage complete business setup processes with Free Zone and government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.). Handle all client interactions with professionalism, ensuring

world-class customer service

. Support clients in license applications, documentation, and step-by-step guidance throughout the process. Stay updated with UAE regulations, compliance requirements, and new business opportunities. Represent

Infibiz CSP

at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand presence. Collaborate with marketing and management teams to drive campaigns and promotions. Maintain strong relationships with Free Zone authorities and strategic partners. Share best practices with the team and contribute to overall business growth. Deliver regular performance reports and client insights to management.

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates only.

1-2 years of proven experience

as a Business Setup Consultant / Company Formation Specialist in the UAE. Hands-on experience with

DED and Free Zone authorities

is a must. Strong background in

sales, negotiation, and deal-closing

with a successful track record. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Confident, energetic, and self-motivated with a

target-driven mindset

. Ability to handle objections, build trust, and provide practical solutions to clients. Must have worked in

UAE business setup consultancies
