Role Overview

Gray Matter Dubai is seeking a Female Business Development Executive to drive sales for a premium media product. The role involves telesales, pitching to senior professionals, and closing high-value deals with corporate decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telesales outreach to senior professionals and corporate clients Present and promote premium media/sponsorship propositions Negotiate terms and close deals Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery

Requirements

Proven experience in Sales or Business Development Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident telesales/inside sales ability Strong command of spoken English (mandatory) Fast learner with the ability to understand product positioning Target-driven, resilient, and performance-oriented

Who Can Apply

The role is intended for experienced sales professionals with a background in corporate selling and the ability to engage and close with senior business stakeholders.
