We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to drive business growth across UAE and Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the hospitality, staffing, or recruitment sectors. She must be confident, self-motivated, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE & Oman markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Female candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development.
Valid UAE or Oman driving license (mandatory).
Proven experience in hospitality, staffing, or recruitment will be an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Willingness to travel across UAE and Oman as required.
