Female Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and Generate Leads:



Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales. Utilize various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social media) to reach potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand clients' needs and provide tailored marketing solutions. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Growth:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and sales presentations to clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Collaboration and Reporting:



Work closely with the marketing, design, and event planning teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the marketing and events industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. A Valid Qatar Transferrable Visa with NOC is a must A Valid Qatar Driving License is a plus
