Summary

We are looking for a

female Barista

who is energetic, creative, and passionate about coffee and hospitality. The ideal candidate is excited to learn basic floral arranging and support the team in simple flower tasks when needed.

Must be able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet customers, take orders, and recommend drinks. Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, specialty lattes, cold brews, teas, and seasonal beverages to the highest quality standards. Develop and perfect signature drinks that reflect BLUMEN's floral and artistic concept. Manage daily cafe setup and closing: brewing station preparation, stock refilling, and cleaning. Monitor inventory and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and pastries; communicate needs to management. Keep cafe area and equipment spotless, sanitized, and organized at all times. Coordinate with the floral team during busy hours and special events, ensuring smooth service. Learn and assist with simple floral arrangements (mini bouquets, vase styling, gift wrapping) under the guidance of our florists. Provide accurate billing and handle cash and card transactions responsibly. Stay updated on coffee trends, latte art, and brewing techniques.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience (5 years preferred). Certification in coffee brewing or latte art (preferred). Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Age: 25 - 35.

Able to join immediately.
