Key Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Prepare cold drinks, including smoothies, shakes, mojitos, and juices
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Handle basic baked items such as croissants, muffins, and brownies
Manage the coffee station, equipment cleaning, and daily hygiene
Take customer orders and ensure excellent service
Maintain cleanliness of the counter and work area
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
Female candidate only
Minimum
2 years Barista experience in Dubai (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of coffee & cold beverage preparation
Good communication skills in English
Presentable, friendly, and customer-focused
Ability to work under pressure
Immediate joiners preferred
