Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Black Rose Coffee Shop. The Barista will be responsible for customer service, food preparation, and creating premium coffee brews for our customers.

Qualifications:

Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to work well in a team Previous experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or restaurant Strong Communication Skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Exceptional Customer Service Skills and ability to handle customer complaints and issues effectively Experience in Food Preparation and knowledge of proper food safety techniques Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of coffee machines and brewing techniques Flexibility to work across different shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is a plus Multilanguage skill is a plus

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
