hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages.
Performinglatte art
and ensuring high-quality presentation of drinks. Operating coffee machines and related equipment efficiently. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment. Maintaining cleanliness of service and seating areas. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers. Serving customers and taking orders efficiently. Ordering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies. Receiving and processing customer payments accurately.Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge
