Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience
, preferably in specialty coffee or cafe settings.
Proven proficiency in espresso brewing, milk texturing, latte art, and specialty drink crafting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a welcoming and wellness?oriented approach.
Attention to detail, ability to multitask and maintain composure in shifts.
Basic cash handling and PO
Knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, milk alternatives and dietary preferences.
Flexibility to work early mornings or days aligning with studio hours; punctual, consistent attendance.
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain it.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Certification via Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) or equivalent.
Experience working in wellness or boutique environments (e.g. yoga or fitness centers).
Familiarity with creating and promoting wellness?oriented beverage options (e.g. matcha tea, adaptogenic lattes).
