Job Description

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages consistently according to company recipes and standards. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Greet customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations when required. Handle cash, POS transactions, and issue receipts accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and seating area. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times. Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels. Assist in training new staff when required. Uphold brand image by ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

Requirements



Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred (training can be provided). Knowledge of coffee preparation methods, latte art, and cafe equipment is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Attention to detail and passion for delivering excellent service. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Working Conditions



Shift-based role, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

Barista: 4 years (Preferred) * Team Handling: 2 years (Preferred)
