Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
Perform daily financial transactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Conduct
cash and bank reconciliations
to ensure financial integrity.
Accounts Receivable:
Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely manner.
Follow up regularly on outstanding payments and send
Statements of Account (SOA)
.
Prepare and post receipts accurately.
Accounts Payable:
Collect and verify supplier/vendor invoices.
Process payments via online banking, corporate card, or cash.
Oversee petty cash handling, including disbursements and replenishment with proper documentation.
Assist in
VAT calculation
and ensure timely payment in compliance with local tax regulations.
Track
Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs)
and notify management of upcoming due dates.
Costing & Budget Control
Review and validate purchase requests against budget availability.
Ensure sufficient
cash reserves
are available for each project or department.
Post accounting entries for approval in the accounting system.
Coordinate material release following purchase approval and payment confirmation.
Payroll & HR Coordination
Assist in payroll processing, including validation of time-sheets and applicable deductions.
Maintain and review weekly attendance reports.
Support basic HR administrative tasks, such as:
Staff coordination
Leave tracking
Document management
Operational & Administrative Support
Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Liaise with the purchasing department for procurement needs and follow-ups.
Serve as a point of contact between
Finance, HR, Operations, and Upper Management
to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
