Job Description
A well-established interior design and fit-out company is looking for project and design architects who has experience in the Retail and Fit out for shopping malls.
The preferred candidate will be responsible and have knowledge of the following. Architectural Designer
- Any Nationality.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture.
- Excellence Experience in Lighting, Construction, Sales and Retails.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in UAE.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leader of the Design Department
- Manage the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements on design and project delivery.
- Produce architectural/technical drawings and 3D views, including all details of joinery/millwork
- Prepare sample boards for the client\xe2\x80\x99s approval.
- Liaise with the mall/landlord\xe2\x80\x99s retail design team for design approvals.
- Monitor the furniture manufacturing process and ensure the highest accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint are essentials.
