Handle patient files, documentation, and administrative tasks
Coordinate with doctors and nurses to ensure seamless patient flow
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support patients throughout their treatment journey with care and clarity
Requirements:
Female candidate
Fluent in Arabic
(English proficiency is an advantage)
Experience in reception, customer service, or patient coordination (clinic experience is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
