Job Purpose
The Junior Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the travel agency by handling clerical tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role provides vital support to the team and offers opportunities to gain knowledge of the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry).
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist travel consultants with booking confirmations, itinerary preparation, and document distribution.
Maintain and update client records, databases, and filing systems.
Support the coordination of travel documents such as visas, insurance, and tickets.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring smooth office operations.
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and receipts.
Greet visitors and provide basic information about services.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills
Native Arabic Language
Fluent English language
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
Interest in the travel industry is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
