We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Arabic Marketing and Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will work to improve organization\xe2\x80\x99s market position and achieve financial growth. Job Purpose of A Marketing and Business Development Executive Supports the Manager to bring in more revenue by developing marketing and business plans for the achievement of revenue goals. Job Duties of A Business Development Executive
- Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business Develop a network of operational contacts that will support the work of the Business Development Team.
- Develops business proposals for existing and new customers.
- Set up and manage alliances with various Hospitals, Government and Private sectors, Schools, Embassies, Corporate etc.
- Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients.
- Perform analytical preparation for opportunities for potential growth for the management.
- Acquire knowledge of the outside market and competition in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to generate analysis and insight based on facility and market data.
- Generate new contacts and sales leads for the facility.
- Performs other duties as required by the management.
- Leads collaborative partnerships with physicians, community based facilities and employers that result in effective referral patterns and care coordination.
- Follow up on new and potential business opportunities.
- Organize training and workshop programs.
- Implement marketing, advertising and promotion planning through attending events and exhibitions in the healthcare market locally and internationally.
- To help expand business locally and internationally and promote the Hospital.
- Demonstrates self-direction, creativity and sound judgment applicable to the position description responsibilities.
- Maintains open communication with colleagues throughout the hospital.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree / Diploma in Business Development, Education or related discipline from a recognized educational institute.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 UAE experience in a customer service related industry.
- Experience in mentoring / coaching in a multi-cultural /multi-national environment.
- Experience working in the private sector, preferably within a hospital or hospitality environment.
- Experience in Healthcare industries preferred.
