About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Female Legal Consultant

to join our multidisciplinary legal team in the

UAE

. This role requires a high level of legal expertise across

a broad range of case types

, including

civil, criminal, family, labor, real estate, commercial, and corporate law

. The ideal candidate will be

fluent in Arabic

and possess strong proficiency in at least one additional language such as

Russian

,

German

, or

French

, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across various areas of law. Handle and manage legal matters including:

Civil and criminal litigation

Family law

(marriage, divorce, custody, inheritance)

Labor and employment disputes

Real estate and tenancy issues

Corporate and commercial transactions

Contract drafting and dispute resolution

Draft, review, and translate legal documents and contracts in Arabic and other applicable languages. Attend court hearings, client meetings, and government authorities as needed. Advise clients on UAE laws and rights, legal risks, and available legal remedies. Stay updated on new laws and legal reforms in the UAE and apply them effectively in client matters. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all legal matters.

Requirements:

Female candidate

(required due to specific client/cultural needs).

Fluent in Arabic

(spoken and written) - mandatory.

Proficient in at least one additional language

: Russian, German, French, or others - strong preference. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); postgraduate qualifications or bar admission is a plus. Minimum of

3-5 years of legal experience

, ideally in the UAE or GCC region. Solid understanding of the UAE legal system, Sharia law elements, and local court procedures. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple case files, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
