A well-established travel and ticketing company is seeking a professional and dynamic Female Admin/Secretary Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate booking requests.
Organize schedules, appointments, and internal communication.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
Provide support to management and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
Professional, presentable, and able to work under pressure.
