Job Description

  • ? Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • ? Excellent MS Office Knowledge and computer skills
  • ? Excellent English language
  • ? Very Good social media and Marketing Skills
  • ? Very Good with Photoshop
  • ? Must have at least 1 year UAE Experience in the same domain
  • ? Very good Communication and negotiation Skills
  • ? Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • ? Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • ? Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • ? Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • ? Supports team by performing tasks related to company and strong communication.
  • ? Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • ? Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
  • ? Preparing LPOs from A-Z and follow up until material delivered.
  • ? Doing the Marketing Job for the Company at all Social Media Accounts
  • ? Handling all the Company?s Social Media Accounts
  • ? Doing any needed administrative job required
  • ? Can Speak Excellent Tagalog
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
