Manage daily administrative operations of the office and support project/site teams.
Handle document control, filing systems, and records related to interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for material deliveries and quotations.
Prepare project reports, correspondence, purchase orders, and invoices.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance or repairs of office equipment.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Assist with HR and payroll documentation related to site workers.
Track project timelines and support the project manager with documentation and logistics.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the workplace.
Follow up with procurement and finance departments to ensure timely processing of orders and payments.
Liaise with government agencies for permits, visas, and labor-related documentation (if applicable).
