Key Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
Handle day-to-day office operations and support management
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Manage calendars, schedules, and internal coordination
Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Digital Marketing Duties:
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and schedule social media posts and engagement campaigns
Create basic content for posts and promotional materials
Monitor analytics and generate performance reports
Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
Support website updates and online presence improvement
