Job Description

  • Maintain the daily accounts and administrative task.
  • Manage / monitor daily office operation.
  • Manage the day-to-day Petty Cash system.
  • Prepare quotations, lpo, invoices, petty cash & others.
  • Prepare proposals & contracts.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Preparation and processing of payroll.
  • Basic Human Resources tasks.
  • Responsible for providing secretarial service.
  • Responsible for handling telephone & emails and be responsible for all incoming calls/mails and communicating to relevant persons and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals
  • Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned.
  • Managing and supporting office related works.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 25-30 years old
  • Competency in Microsoft office applications especially excel is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English Communication.
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience or in the same role.
  • Keen to details
  • Deadline-Oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential .
  • Can work under pressure of time.
Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month Experience:
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
