Job Title: Female Accountant (with Real Estate Experience)

We are looking for a

Female Accountant

with solid experience in the

Real Estate industry

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle property income, rent collections, tenant accounts, and related real estate transactions. Monitor and record company expenses, payments, and receipts. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Coordinate with management and auditors for reporting and compliance. Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum

3 years of accounting experience in the Real Estate sector.

Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be currently based in the UAE (preferred).
