Requirements:
Must possess a
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2
years
of experience working in an accounting role, with specific experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
Candidates who are available to join immediately and are currently residing in the UAE will be highly preferred.
Strong preference for candidates from the
Philippines
.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Thorough knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS) and UAE VAT regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable data.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and fixed asset registers.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with all internal financial controls and external regulatory requirements, including timely VAT filing.
Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate expense reporting and timely reimbursements.
