to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting activities while also managing and controlling company documents efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, vouchers, invoices, and petty cash
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly and yearly closing
Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audits when required
Manage, organize, and control company documents (physical and digital)
Ensure proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of documents
Maintain confidentiality of financial and official documents
Coordinate with internal departments for document flow and approvals
Assist management with administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience as an Accountant or Document Controller is preferred
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in Qatar is an advantage
