Accountant cum Cost Controller & Operations Support - Restaurant



Job Summary

We are looking for an

Accountant cum Cost Controller

to manage restaurant accounting, cost control, inventory, and provide operational support including procurement and supplier coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

Prepare

monthly financial statements

and reports. Handle

Accounts Payable, journal entries

, and month-end closing. Monitor and analyze accounting data and general ledger accounts. Prepare and monitor

cash flows

. Manage

bank transactions

, reconciliations, and monthly bank statements. Handle

tax calculations, submissions, and compliance

. Prepare schedules and documents for

internal and external audits

.
Cost Control & Inventory

Monitor

cost accounting

and operational expenses. Track, reconcile, and control

inventory

(food, beverages, and supplies).
Operations & Procurement Support

Place

purchase orders

for restaurant supplies. Coordinate with

suppliers and vendors

for orders, deliveries, and payments. Maintain supplier records and documentation. Handle

AMC contracts

, maintenance coordination, and service follow-ups. Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support as required.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in

restaurant or hospitality accounting

preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
