Almaimana Accounting & Bookkeeping is seeking a professional and detail-oriented

female Arabic-speaking Accountant

to join our team in Sharjah. The candidate must have solid UAE accounting experience, with strong knowledge of VAT, financial reporting, and day-to-day bookkeeping. She will play a key role in managing accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

daily accounting operations

, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Manage

invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups

Perform

bank reconciliations, petty cash handling, and expense monitoring

Ensure accurate

VAT calculations and timely filing of VAT returns

Assist with

budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Maintain proper documentation of contracts, bills, and accounting records Liaise with clients in

Arabic and English

, ensuring smooth communication Support management with audits and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum

1 year of accounting experience in the UAE

Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT laws and accounting practices

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems)

Fluent in Arabic and English

(written and spoken) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
