We are seeking an Accounts and Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Coordination:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
• Reconcile accounts receivable/payable and prepare financial reports as required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure compliance with Tax regulations and company policies.
• Monitor customer payment cycles and follow up on overdue invoices.

Logistics Coordination:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Follow up with manufacturers for shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
• Track shipments and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and delivery timelines.

General Coordination:

• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors regarding accounts and logistics queries.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements in accounts and logistics operations.
• Support internal audits related to accounts and logistics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of UAE experience in Accounts, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
