A leading company in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an Accountant/Admin to join the Accounts Department.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing email and other communications
Ensure proper filing of important documents such as contracts, invoices and correspondence
Maintain and organize physical and digital records
Record daily financial transactions
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
Prepare and process invoices and track payments
Generate financial report as required by the management
Calculate and process payroll for employees
Requirements:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
