Job Description

Assisting Accounts Dept. in AR & AP functions Set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying Write emails and letters Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems Manage database entry and client files Order and maintain supplies Document financial information Organize and distribute messages Make and confirm travel arrangements Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence Maintain confidential department files/records Perform routine bookkeeping tasks Assist with presentations and reports Desired Candidate Profile BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree An outstanding knowledge of all areas of allocated duties with strong expertise in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Power point and Accounting software like QuickBooks Must possess the ability to converse in English effectively in verbal and written form. Must be able to perform tasks with high level of precision Proficient in completing delegated duties in a timely manner Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
