Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic

Feasibility Study Specialist

with a strong background in analyzing and evaluating commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, financial analysis, and market assessments to determine the viability, risks, and opportunities of new business initiatives. This role is essential in supporting decision-making processes for investors, stakeholders, and executive management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive

feasibility studies

for commercial projects across various industries (retail, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, etc.). Perform

financial modeling

and

cost-benefit analysis

to assess profitability and return on investment. Analyze

market trends

,

competitor landscape

, and

regulatory environments

. Develop and present

clear, data-driven reports

and recommendations to senior management or clients. Coordinate with

internal departments

,

consultants

, and

external stakeholders

to gather project requirements. Identify

project risks

, legal considerations, and operational requirements. Prepare

executive summaries

investment pitches

, and

bank financing proposals

. Support strategic planning and business case development for new ventures or expansion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Business Administration

,

Economics

,

Finance

,

Engineering

, or related field. Minimum of

5 years of experience

in feasibility studies, market research, or investment analysis. Strong understanding of

financial modeling

NPV

,

IRR

, and

payback period

concepts. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools. Excellent

analytical

presentation

report-writing

skills. Experience in working with

government regulations

licensing

commercial compliance

is a plus. Fluent in

English

(Arabic is a plus for UAE/GCC-based roles).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
