Job Description

We are looking for Feasibility Studies Specialist who can provide accurate data and information needed from the various economic sectors, will research and analyze financial information to help the company make well-informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements and produce full feasibility studies needed to continue the development of our existing and upcoming projects. JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Create the initial list of potential sites.
• Conduct feasibility studies and option analysis of regional infrastructure projects;
• Identify and assess project specific economic and social effects, environmental and health benefits;
• Perform data mining for various economic sectors.
• Deliver financial and economic analysis.
• Create models, data sets and forecasts to conduct the cost benefit analysis (preferable) of regional infrastructure projects.
• Design methodology for project evaluation and rating.
• Produce a full feasibility study report including (market, technical & financial study) in a timely manner.
• Liaise with project teams to evaluate status and progress of site identification, to identify and highlight any potential risks or issues to timelines or objectives.
• Perform due diligence check of regulatory and legal limitations applicable to the recommended investigators or clinical sites.
• Support the project team throughout study startup and further on, whenever additional rounds of site identification are necessary, and/or additional information on the site/investigator is needed.

• Ability to work abroad
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills (English and Arabic)
• Advanced proficiency in standard MS Office

• BA, BS, or B.Com degree

• Good business acumen.

• Demonstrating the ability to work in a dynamic environment under compressed deadlines across several projects, each with unique requirements.
