About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Jumeirah\'s Group and Corporate office for an experienced Feasibility Manager to join our corporate office. The main responsibilities of this role include:

Conducting hotel studies including valuations, feasibility, and market studies.

Presenting detailed reports to senior leadership, to support strategic decisions for future investments and management agreements.

Forecasting detailed risk assessments and projected outcomes.

Analyzing economic trends through regular and ad hoc reporting.

Developing and driving financial analysis and valuations of development scenarios for the new projects.

Ensuring investment valuations are carried out accurately, effectively and to the required quality and timescales.

Leading financial and transaction analysis on new opportunities.

Developing and delivering the business plans through carrying out research, formulating market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.

Supporting the development team leadership with project feasibilities by reviewing the assumptions and financial component of each project.

Ensuring that market intelligence is collected regularly (new competitor projects, market data, relevant publication, sales center information).

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.

Ideally a Master\'s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.

At least 2 years in a similar role preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization.

Experience of working in an international capacity and a solid understanding of cultural and market differences within the relevant regions.

In-depth knowledge of market and research analysis.

Proven experience to analyze, negotiate, influence and conduct commercial analysis.
