About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with
FDI Business Formation experience and a strong background in Events & Marketing
to lead our event planning, branding, promotional efforts, business development, and business formation processes. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless event organization to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
Create, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, networking sessions, and exhibitions.
Develop event strategies that align with business objectives and branding.
Attract sponsors and oversee project coordination and management.
Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and on-site management.
Analyze post-event performance and generate reports for continuous improvement.
Marketing & Branding:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events and enhance brand awareness.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Work closely with the design team to create promotional materials, brochures, and event branding.
Build relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies for publicity and coverage.
Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
FDI Business Formation Coordination
Assist foreign clients with the end-to-end process of business setup in Dubai/UAE.
Liaise with government departments, free zones, and legal advisors to facilitate company formation.
Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements, licensing, and documentation.
Support international investors in navigating UAE's FDI policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and provide reports on business formation activities.
Communication & Partnership Development:
Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, sponsors, and business partners.
Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand positioning and event success.
Oversee internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency.
Engage with the community and attendees to foster long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience
in FDI Business Formation procedures with Freezones, Mainland, and Offshore.
4+ years of experience
in event planning, marketing, or brand management.
Proven track record of successfully managing corporate events and marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies
.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Experience with
CRM, analytics, and marketing tools
is a plus.
