The right Waiter/Waitress uplifts the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role.


What you will be doing:

Your responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties while following the hotel F&B operation standard. Monitor and attend to guests needs in a fast-paced environment, be polite with guests and make sure they enjoy their meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas and service stations. Effectively communicate with Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year work experience as a waitress in a standard hotel Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
