We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team. The F&B Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, ensure exceptional guest service, support staff development, and maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across outlets.
Ensure smooth service delivery and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all F&B areas.
Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and control wastage.
Work closely with the F&B Manager to implement service standards, promotions, and operational improvements.
Motivate and support the team to achieve departmental goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent command of
English and Arabic
(mandatory).
Knowledge of
Russian
is a strong advantage.
