to oversee the operations across all ourUAE branches.
Position: Food & Beverages Manager
Experience: 4-5 years in entertainment side
Location: Dubai, Sharjah and Ras al Khaimah
Job Duties:
Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across branches, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.
Drive sales through dine-in, events, and delivery platforms with effective promotions and offers.
Manage inventory, monitor wastage, and implement cost optimization strategies.
Lead, train, and schedule F&B staff to ensure smooth operations and effective upselling.
Monitor delivery platform performance, ratings, and order growth.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and municipality regulations.
