Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the F&B team on shift.
Ensure efficient, professional, and friendly service is provided to all guests.
Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly.
Assist in the training and development of staff to maintain high performance.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the F&B outlet.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and ordering.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred nationality: Iraqi or Egyptian.
